From the 60's into the 70's, photography transitioned from "mod" and fun studio photographs with icons to more natural free flowing clothing and settings. Going from the business of city and social lifestyle living to being connected to nature and the outdoors. A lot of photography also gave a more culturally diverse approach, for example like Harper’s Bazaar, June 1970 photography Hiro, where the model seems to be not only in a different country, but a part of it. This also goes for Patrick Lichfields photo of Talitha and John Paul Getty in 1970, and Helmut Newtons in Saint Tropez 1975 except they seem to just be abroad- thus glamorizing the idea of traveling and the tropical outdoors, showing it as a casually luxurious.
